Diabetes

Our groups are a network of support groups for people over 60, living with type 1 or type 2 Diabetes and their carers or loved ones. Click here for Diabetes Groups

Memory Hubs

Memory Hubs are specifically for people referred to them by the Memory Assessment Service.

Breathing Space

 

A service designed to empower & support those with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) & other chronic respiratory conditions. Unpaid Carers are very welcome.

SPRING is suitable for people who:

live in Northamptonshire; are over 18 years of age; are diagnosed with at least one long-term physical health condition, are willing to commit to the program and engage in positive lifestyle changes
