Our Carer Support Groups are free to join and open to all unpaid Carers. These groups provide a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and access advice, information, and friendship.
Why join a group?
Specialist Groups:In addition to general Carer Support Groups, we also run sessions for those supporting someone with a long-term health condition. These groups offer tailored advice and understanding for your specific caring role.
Before your first visit:Please contact us beforehand. Occasionally, sessions may be cancelled due to weather or venue issues, and we’d hate for you to make a wasted trip. If you’re not registered with us yet, don’t worry—we can register you at the group.
How groups work:
We aim to offer a variety of groups and activities across Northamptonshire to meet the needs of as many Carers as possible.
Please also remember - You do not need to wait to attend a group to receive support. You can call our Carers Support Line on 01933 677907, Option 2 or [email protected].
