Refer a Carer to us

Please ensure that the person you are referring to us is aware of the referral, and has consented. This is one of the first questions that the referral form asks. 

Also please make sure that you have some details for the person being cared for.

We support unpaid Carers of all ages - from young children, through to teenagers, adults and the elderly. Often, these individuals are caring for their loved ones whilst trying to maintain an education or full time job. 

You can refer someone to us if: 

• they are an unpaid Carer and their Cared for person lives in the county of Northamptonshire; 
• they live in Northamptonshire, but the Cared for person lives outside of Northamptonshire

We work with North and West Northamptonshire Councils and the Integrated Care System in Northamptonshire to provide support for unpaid Carers in the county.

The registration process will take around 10 minutes for you to complete. We will ask for information about the Carer and the person they are caring for.
