Dementia Activity and Information groups are for those living with memory problems or dementia and their unpaid Carers.

We provide an array of different activities, information and support at each group. 

We have groups in Northampton, Moulton, Rushden and Wellingborough. The groups do not require a formal referral, but you will need to contact us to book a place, as some of the groups having waiting lists.

Through these groups, we aim to provide a ways to manage and understanding of Dementia to enable people to live well.
