A Former Carer is someone who through bereavement has lost the person they cared for. We aim to enable Former Carers to readjust to life after loss and to move forward feeling supported.

We recognise the importance of providing support to Former Carers following the loss of their role as a Carer and as they grieve and adjust to their new circumstances.

Our groups meet montly, please contact us for more information and to join one of the Horizons groups.

Please note: Sometimes we have to cancel our groups at short notice for reasons beyond our control.

Each group has a Whatsapp group, which you are very welcome to join.
